TEAM BUILDING COURSE
LOW ROPES COURSE
A 9 series of different levels of challenge designed to recreate team work and re-aligned spirit of unity. This is strictly 1 meter above the ground and 9 different level of difficulties with a length of 27 feet long per slot.
A 50 meters downhill 'slip n slide' challenge with additional 20 degrees curved that propels velocity and excitement while sliding through to the catch basin. This extreme game can be played by single up to 5 persons sliders connecting each other's back with hands to shoulder.
THE KING'S FINGER
The Pole which is the king’s finger is about 10 feet high and 10 inches diameter wood pole. This team game include an old rubber tires inserted in the pool at the ground level when the game starts. The facilitator can initiate varied level of challenge. The basic challenge is to lift the tire from the ground inside the pool to outside ground.
THE BIG WALL
It is about 10 feet high wall initiative games, that requires 10 members in a group to carry each team member safely to the top of the wall by helping each member one-at-a-time in a shortest duration of time.
THE RAPPELLING RAVEN
Participant should be using sit harness fit to the body and carabiner are attached from the harness of the "Decender" participant to the static rope to safely descending on the natural-soil-wall with the help of the technical crew as "Belayer" from the drop level where the "Rope Master" facilitating the activity.
The participants on the deck is the "Faller", the group on the ground are the "Catchers. The qualified and camp authorized facilitator, will set the dialogue between the faller and the catcher, then falling will take place. This is a very challenging activity by which the faller should take the "Challenge by Choice" decision. No one is allowed to facilitate this activity without an approval from the person in-charge of the camp.
This activity is played by two participants that starts where they can easily grasp the partner's hands across from each other standing on the cable wire, when they move to the next end of the cable rope it becomes harder because their grasp of their hands is reduced and the challenge rope becoming wide of their distance up to the other end.
The log is intentionally built that is constantly moving or slightly rolling. This challenge game will need to have an effective communication and cooperation from each team member by listening to the instruction of the leader and members to grasp the challenge required. The game will require members to keep changing place where they stand to other area of the log without falling to the ground.
Each team should bring their at least two members from one side to the other side without touching the water by the help of the team member on the pool. Effective planning and coordination with safety precaution of the team member is required
The team will assigned member responsible to throw the rope hanged on the pool-pipe with the post from the end side area, the player will try to catch the rope and hold it tightly and swing to the opposit side, if successfully done, player can escape to hit the water with mud.
Player will traverse the hanging log over the man-made pit with water and mud. It requires balancing to avoid falling to the mud, the game develop focus thinking and conquering fear. Team members on the four sides can pacify players on the log by coaching.
This is simply catching a live pig inside a coral with at least 5 team members with blindfolded eye, the leader who is not blindfolded will guide/lead members the where about of the prey. Only the blindfolded members are allowed to catch within 60 seconds duration of time is given to each group.
TUG-OF-WAR (4 TEAMS)
From traditionally 2 groups to four sides pulling against three side in each group they should beat. Each group should make strategy to pin down each group one-at-a-time! An alliance tactics can be applied in order to beat opponents from the other sides.
ALLIGATOR SWAMP (New)
All member of each team joined the challenge are required to cooperate in order to finish the course, the leader leads and follower follows, once the team missed the exact length of the planked put in the post, would take them a longer time.
