ALLIGATOR SWAMP CHALLENGE
This challenge course will need to cross the swam from the starting point to the finished line using your 2 size wood planks without touching the ground or your team will start again every time you fall. Each team member requires cooperation, team work and effective communication with strong leadership in order to avoid to fall down the ground.
The challenge creates leadership skills in pursuing strategy, so that direction of the game can smoothly employ to gain successful arrival at the finished line. The game can help group motivate to think critically in an effective leadership, planning and setting goals in every steps.
