FOUR-WAY TUG-OF-WAR

This is a pioneering team game here in the Philippines aligned with our cultural setting trust-initiative challenge. We initiate to twist the game from traditionally Two-way (2) to Four-way (4) competing teams. Each of the four groups will not only rally their own group agility strength to beat the competing teams, but their cooperative plan and strategies is important to defeat each other group one-team-at-time. The game give more meaning and learning on planning, prioritizing, tactics, effective communications and leadership ability.
