The overnight package team-building event can run from 8:00 o'clock in the morning until 3:00 pm with 30pax minimum per group starting from orientation for safety, group cheers, high energy course then proceed to trust initiative group challenges and obstacle course. The debriefing or processing is done during after each course or let the course finished then make the processes with the whole groups sit down and discuss the experiences and identifying principles and suggest application by the participants!
